I purchased this webcam for use with Skype. It was very easy to install. It has a built in microphone and a privacy screen. The image and sound quality are good. Overall good value for money. Would definetely recommend it.

All the features work as promised on the box. A default setting for the microphone caused some minor issues. The camera was trying to auto set the volume levels of the microphone and speakers and this was causing glitches like the sound cutting out on the receiving end. Once we turned the settings to manual mode, all worked great.

I have had this camera for about 6 months. I use it with a new Vista system. Plenty of power and RAM. This camera is not very good for syncing voice and video. I have created several music videos that have the sound running way ahead of the video. I will be getting a different camera. It's no good for YouTube because of the delay.
