I simply love the ease and comfort of the Logitech Trackman. Is simple and the best of all you don't have to move your hand to make the pointer move. This is my second one in 5 years of using the Logitech Trackman. I use it on a daily basis, for work @ home, gaming,and editing pictures. My wife and kids love the way the mouse works. I do have to say the Trackman is something you need to get use to if your transitioning from the regular laser to a Trackball. It took me a few hours to get use to it and I don't regret it. I'm a regular gamer and love the way the Trackball works versus moving around a laser mouse on a mouse pad with your hand. I did noticed an advantage over the laser gaming mouse in game. It also comes with the software to adjust the sensitivity and movement to your liking. Sometimes my team mates accuse me of Hacking. (lol) ;-) The construction and feel of the Trackman is not real heavy like others out there that come with counter weights. I think is because it sits steady on top of your computer desk,the only movement is the one from your thumb. It may not be for everyone but it works for me. (( Try it ))

Love it I had a Logitech Marble Trackman but the ball would fall out of it after a while of using it. I like this one better the only thing that is hard is you have to take it apart to clean it, but that doesn't happen very often. But I love it so much I bought an extra one for a spare. Its real easy to use and I am left handed well worth the money and it doesn't cost a lot.

Purchased this Trackman in September 2009 after having many logitech products that were wonderful. This trackman came with the marble ball loose in the socket and there are no adjustments. This makes accurate placement of the cursor almost impossible. I have contacted Logitech several times in an attempt to get it replaced or repaired with no response. Wait times on phone calls is always 10 minutes or more. I have sent two emails with no response. Although Logitech has been wonderful in the past I would purchase something else until they get their quality control back to an acceptable level.

I was skeptical about switching from a standard mouse to a trackball. But I dived in and forced myself to use it for 2 days without touching a standard mouse. After those initial 2 days, using the trackball was as familiar as using a regular mouse.
I love this mouse so much that I bought 2! One for my desktop and the other for my laptop.
My wrist/hand never hurts! (I'm a young tech guy)

I bought this mouse because it has a trackball and a scroll wheel. The trackball can be spun with little effort making it very easy to move the pointer across the entire screen with one flick of your thumb. The reason I went to this type of mouse is because after holding a mouse for a long time my thumb will start to hurt. When using the trackball your not holding the mouse at all.
