Fantastic ProductNov 18, 2009 I bought this one as a replacement for the cheap keyboard I had at home. I have the wired version for work and loved that one so much I decided to buy this one for home for my husband to use while writing papers. They keys are easy to use, don't require a lot of pressure to push down, and are quiet despite how fast a person may or may not type. The software that came with the keyboard allows you to easily get product updates and customize the added media buttons up top, which are great. (I've found it also monitors the battery status of my separate Logitech mouse which is really nice). The only thing that's a little weird getting used to is the layout for the home/end/delete... keys, but the layout seems to be the way newer keyboards are going so it's not really a problem. Just takes some getting used to is all. The layout is fantastic and has helped my carpal tunnel problems quite a bit. Overall a fantastic product at a great price; I'd recommend it 10 times over to people who don't want to spend a fortune but need a good ergonomic keyboard without the "split-in-half" style. Thanks Logitech!

My typing speed decreased by half while using thisOct 26, 2009 This is a very well-made keyboard, but the wave layout just destroyed my typing speed,
which is normally very fast. My girlfriend had the same problem; in fact, I got the keyboard
for her and she ended up passing it back to me for that reason. I thought that I was going to succeed where she
had failed, but once again, I should have listened to her warning.
It was comfortable; that wasn't the problem. It's just that decades of typing habits
could not be altered, even after using this keyboard for over a month. Thirty minutes ago I
gave up and went back to my standard keyboard, and what a relief! Now that I can type again,
I feel like I can think again, too, because having to focus so much on the mechanics backed
up into my thought processes, and so everything went slower.
Obviously, the reaction to a new keyboard layout will vary from person to person; if you are 7 years old
and have never used a keyboard before, this one may be for you! But for me this keyboard was
a disaster.
Best keyboard I have ever ownedOct 09, 2009 This is the most comfortable keyboard I have ever owned. It is not like the ones with a gap in the middle. It has slight contours and is extremely comfortable. I feel like I'm wearing it when I type! Highly recommended.

Great keyboard, just a bit loud.Oct 07, 2009 Title says it all. Really cool functions and ease of use, just a bit louder than I would have prefered. I am very happy with it overall.

Great functional product.Sep 20, 2009 Like many other reviews on this product, I too like it for a number of reasons. However, I'll list the problems first.
1. The main problem that I had with this product was the replaced right-click emulation button for the mice (this is the key that lies between right Alt and right Control keys). It has been replaced with a function key which provide additional behavior to the function keys. While the feature I mention is emulated using the print-screen key, it no longer holds the same usability for me.
2. The function keys have their universal names (F1, F2, etc.) on the side rather than on the top. This is a minor problem but may affect those who keep the keyboard close to their body, thus attaining a more perpendicular view.
3. Unlike software for other products from the same company (Logitech), this product's accompanying CD needs a rework. More often than not it spawns multiple processes and tray-click responses are slow. Probably its just my PC, but I've seen a review which mentions the same problem.
On the pro side, the wave design allows a comfortable wrist cushion and placement of the wrists in an ergonomic position. Most buttons are large size which is very very important to people like me who hate this new trend of products having miniscule button sizes. For Heaven's sake, we are humans, not critters, people. The extra buttons are well aligned for easy reach. For owners of alternative operating systems (such as Linux flavors), you may be able to get the extra keys to customize and work using software such as Keytouch. However, the support for corded USB keyboards is still limited (Wireless works fine). Since I am a frequent user of calculator program, I enjoy using the extra button provided for just that. In fact, it works out of the box for most operating systems! There are many extra keyboard buttons which will satisfy the need for those who do not like switching one hand too much between their keyboard and mouse. Furthermore, you will like the extra space given to Backspace, Enter and Right-Shift keys which more often than not is cut down by many keyboard designs.
